Information and purposes

When you email me, I receive your email address, name if supplied, message and any attachments. When you book a call, Calendly collects your name, email, chosen time, time zone and any answers you provide. I use this information to respond, arrange the meeting and discuss a potential project. Please share only information relevant to your enquiry.

These activities are based on taking steps at your request before a possible contract, or my legitimate interest in answering professional enquiries and managing communications. Hosting providers may process IP addresses, request times, requested URLs, browser information and security logs to deliver and protect the website, based on legitimate interests in reliable and secure operation.

Services involved

Netlify hosts this website and its videos. Calendly handles bookings, and Google Calendar and Google Meet organise and host calls. Email providers process messages you send. These providers receive information needed for their service and may also act as independent controllers for their own purposes. Calls are not automatically recorded by this website.

Where required, applicable transfer safeguards include adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses. Contact me for information about safeguards relevant to your enquiry.

Cookies, storage and external links

This portfolio does not install advertising pixels or analytics scripts. Fonts and portfolio videos are hosted with the site. The “Reduce motion” control saves your chosen accessibility preference in your browser’s local storage under gv-reduce-motion. It stays until you change it or clear this site’s browser data; it is not used to track you.

Calendly, social profiles, learning communities and creative tools open as external websites. They may use their own cookies and tracking technologies under their own notices. Referral URLs contain an identifier that can attribute a visit or purchase to me. You do not have to follow these links to browse this portfolio. If optional tracking is added here later, this notice and any required consent controls will be updated before it runs.

Retention and your choices

Enquiry and booking information is kept for as long as needed to handle the conversation, meeting and any resulting project, and for relevant legal or record-keeping obligations. Retention depends on whether an enquiry becomes a client relationship, whether a dispute remains unresolved and any mandatory retention period. Hosting and service logs follow the relevant provider’s retention arrangements.

Providing enquiry or booking information is voluntary, but contact details are needed to reply or arrange a call. You can browse without contacting me. This portfolio does not use automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

Your rights

Subject to applicable conditions, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing. Contact the email above to exercise your rights.

You can also complain to the Cyprus Commissioner for Personal Data Protection or your local supervisory authority. This notice will be updated when the site’s handling of information changes.
